The Client Journey
Nine stages. One thing to fix at each. And your list, at the bottom.
I'm not calling it a curriculum and I'm not calling it a syllabus. It's a map of where every client is and what the one next thing is. They never see a library and they never scroll a portal — we send one link when they hit a wall, and that's it.
The Picture
You saw a dragonfly. It fits better than anything I could have made up.

The Hatch MonetizeStart here
The offer isn't worth paying for yet. Avatar, pricing, packaging.
2
The Nymph AdvertiseMost of them
Not enough conversations. Underwater, hunting all day — the longest stage.
3
The Molt Stabilize
Too much for one person. It sheds seventeen shells before it ever flies.
4
The Climb Prioritize
Everything to everyone. It leaves the water and can't go back down.
5
The Split Productize
Nothing else to buy. The shell breaks and something new comes out.
6
Wings Harden Optimize
Better, not more. It can fly — badly. No new parts coming.
7
First Flight Categorize
Nothing compounds yet. Four wings, each moving on its own.
8
The Hunt Specialize
You're the bottleneck. A dragonfly catches 95% of what it chases.
9
The Migration Capitalize
Plateaued. It crosses 11,000 miles — and no single one finishes the trip.
They can't skip oneEach thing you fix creates the next problem. That's why the order never moves.
One thing at a timeFix the wrong one and almost nothing happens. That's the whole trick.
It's not a chuteSame walls for everyone. How they get through is theirs — that part's yours.
What Changes For Them
Three things, and they all save you time.
Three things a monthNot a task list. Three milestones that are either done or not done — no arguing about it.
Nothing over 5 minutesAll audio for you. Batch them however you like. Nobody watches a 20-minute anything.
They see the mapSo when you say "that's stage 6, you're on 2" — it lands instead of stinging.
Your List
Only yours. Mine's my problem.
14 recordings · all audio · under 5 min each · batch them however
Stage 1 — The Hatch
- You're Not a Cog — this is a path, not a cattle chute. First thing anyone ever gets.
- Who You're Actually For — the avatar.
- Reading Your Avatar Back — tying it together. The part nobody else teaches.
- Your Gifting on the Page — where the spiritual gifts show up and what they change.
- What It Costs, What's In It — pricing and packaging.
- Sales from the Heart — the frame
- The First Five Are Practice — permission to be bad early.
Stage 2 — The Nymph
- The House DM Method — yours. I record mine, we keep the middle. Replaces the one nobody liked.
- The First Message — with me.
- Screening Before They Sit Down
- Connection Calls — why they're not sales calls.
- Sales from the Heart — live — what it looks like in a real one.
- How to Watch Yourself — with me. One or two fixes per review, never all of it.
- Listening for Change Talk — with me. Never ask for the yes before they've said why they want it.
That's stages 1 and 2 — where everybody actually is. The other seven get built when somebody gets there. I'll do a written version off each audio so the readers get one too.
The Gifts
Solved — and you never have to decide in the moment again.
| They finish the foundation | Handwritten note from you |
| First sale | Small gift · VA sends |
| First cold-outreach call booked | Voice note, same day, both of us |
| 100 messages sent | Shout-out in the group · free, and it lands hardest |
| Clears stage 2 → 3 | Gift card · VA sends |
| 30 days, no zero days | Real gift · you pick |
| Second offer sells | Something they keep · you pick |
Why this fixes it: same trigger for every single person, so nobody finds out someone got something they didn't. You pick five options per tier once, in one sitting, and never think about it again. The VA sends all of it.
What I Need From You
Four things. That's all.
1. The stage names — keep them or rename them? It's your dragonfly.
2. The DM method — when are you recording yours? What day, what time.
3. The gift tiers — five options each, one sitting.
4. Anything on your list that should be mine instead.
